We are delighted to announce the appointment of two new members to our Board of Trustees: Jill Langman Blyn, a seasoned events and marketing expert in the global finance sector, and Megha Shah, an experienced corporate strategist and community advocate from the pharmaceutical industry.
Jill Langman Blyn brings over 25 years of experience, with a focus on event strategy in the finance sector. She is renowned for her work in implementing, leading, and expanding BlackRock’s global events team. Jill's personal connection to autism advocacy began with her daughter's diagnosis, driving her passionate support for the education and growth of individuals with autism.
Megha Shah is a dynamic leader with more than 25 years of experience in corporate strategy, change management, and innovation in the pharmaceutical sector. Her career at Merck is marked by strategic initiatives that have driven significant organizational success. Additionally, Megha is deeply committed to community service, evidenced by her active participation on her local school board and involvement in various fundraising initiatives.
Jill and Megha were matched with PCDI through BoardLead's trustee recruitment program. PCDI was selected as one of 509 nonprofits out of over 20,000 applicants to participate in BoardLead’s program, following a stringent vetting process. BoardLead was founded in 2015 to inspire the next generation of professionals to serve their cause while setting a new standard of excellence in nonprofit leadership. They offer a platform for professionals to connect with community leadership roles aligned with their passions, envisioning a world where business and community leaders find purpose through high-impact, value-driven nonprofit work.
